Services
Maxobiz offers a wide range of graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, brochure design, social media graphics, vehicle wraps, and PowerPoint design. All services are provided based on the specifications and requirements provided by the client.
Client Responsibilities
1) Information and Materials: Clients must provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback required for the completion of the project in a timely manner.
2) Approvals: Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all work submitted by Maxobiz. Once approved, any further changes may incur additional charges.
Revisions and Refunds
1) Revisions: Maxobiz offers a set number of revisions as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
2) Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for completed work are not provided unless agreed upon by Maxobiz under exceptional circumstances.
Intellectual Property
1) Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to the final design. Maxobiz retains the rights to use all designs for promotional purposes.
2) Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials used in the project are subject to their respective licenses and terms of use.
Confidentiality
Maxobiz agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information provided by the client. This obligation remains in effect even after the completion of the project.
Limitation of Liability
Maxobiz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.
Termination
Maxobiz reserves the right to terminate any project at any time if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions or fails to make required payments. In such cases, the client remains liable for any outstanding amounts.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Maxobiz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
